• Shipping Tariffs: We are pleased to offer complimentary white-glove delivery on all orders valued at AED 220 or above. For luxury acquisitions below this premium threshold, a standard logistics fee of AED 40 will be applied.

• Conditions of Return: To uphold the uncompromised heritage of the Coach inventory, pieces must be returned in pristine, untouched condition. Items exhibiting artificial damage, evident signs of use, or any alterations that compromise secondary sales cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.
